This item was ordered to go with a feathered skirt for a photo shoot. I could not resist the temptation to put it on again when it was on sale last week, the neckline screams vintage and best of all, it's really It is perfectly normal to lose a feather or two when handling the bird. It was great to have this feather accent off the shoulder! There was a silky fabric trim on the whole thing, so it was easy to wear and it did not itch. As the piece has one side that is not on the shoulder, it moves off the shoulder and is not easily balanced due to its lopsided weight.
