It makes me feel so relaxed! Yes, the gel does come out a little if you squeeze it (as stated in other reviews), and I originally purchased them at a wine festival and was delighted to find them on Amazon. For those hot days, this is a must-have. You soak for a total of 5 MINUTES! This is important because wearing it for any longer will result in negative effects such as beads falling out and seams breaking (as stated in previous reviews). When not in use, I store it in the refrigerator, and when wearing it, I make sure to flip it occasionally to maintain the cooling effect.

It's brilliant. This is the most incredible thing I've ever seen! The summers in New York City are extremely hot and humid. This Blubandoo product keeps you cool whether you're at home or on the go.
