It was perfect in the first order, but not so much in the second

I ordered my first order and it was perfect. My embroidery was centered exactly where it needed to be. The second order did not seem to have been prepared with any care. Too large a design for the surface and off center embroidery. Artwork was submitted for both orders in the same form. Returned but could not get back. In order to work at an event, visors were required.

It's my turn to be paid! My image was not matching the colors on the shirt and when I contacted them they were not willing to provide me with a replacement with the correct colors nor give me a refund

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering customize items. And to top it all off, the logo was off-centered. Do not waste your money if you shop there!.
