I didn't get what I had hoped for

I placed an order for two patterns based on the price of $4 written underneath them. 95 or $4. I think it was 99 cents, but I only paid $9 and change for it. When I received a confirmation of order in the mail, I was very disappointed because I hadn't double checked and noticed my order had been changed.
