Though the packaging is definitely something to scoff at, I am very impressed with the actual item. It is much bigger than I thought it would be, and my hospital badge will definitely be visible.

The pin I've chosen is so cute! My first one was lost (because I forgot my apron) so I ordered a second one! I am a flight attendant, so we get one on our apron, and I was so glad I found this one when it was available. The update is Sadly, I too lost this one since the back did not stay on. /.

I don't have any problem with the pin being sturdy. Although it came with two pin backs, one metal and one rubber, the latter was for some reason unusual. It is usually just one or the other, so I thought that was strange, As a result of the actual pin point being bent down was another big problem. That story was not clear to me, but we have no idea what was going on. All it took was some needle nose pliers and a quick fix. I really like the way this pin looks, despite its issues.

This pin (one and a half inches) is quite appealing and always draws comments and compliments. It would be great if they had a Muppets group pin or Miss Piggy.
