For the project my daughter was working on at her elementary school, I used these images. The last time they were with me, they were gone. But they were certainly printed on both sides, from what I remember! As well as washing well, they dried quickly.
I am unsure but, based on the price and very thin fabric, I would venture to guess no.

I had to wash them as soon as I received them because they were stiff and there was dye on them. All the hems came undone and shreds of fabric wrapped around each other to the point that I spent several minutes cutting them apart with scissors in an attempt to salvage them.
