It's actually black, not a strange grey (and it's perfect for my ace ring: ) ). Matte, in a way. It's a little thinner than I anticipated, but the measurements are on the website, so that's my fault. If it gets scratched, I'll make a note of it.
My husband requested a half-size larger wedding band than the one he currently wore. He had never worn a black wedding band before and wanted to give it a try. He says it's the most comfortable ring he's ever worn because of how light it is. It also appears to be of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this band as long as it stands the test of time. It looks great, feels great, and is extremely comfortable to wear.

He was under the impression that it was much more expensive than it actually was. It also came in a small white ring box with "TIGRADE" imprinted on the front. The edges do wear down over time, but I can't complain for the price. It's a good fit and very comfortable. And I prefer it to anything else I've tried with my black diamond.

He wears it to work, the beach, and the shower. It hasn't been scratched or dented yet because he works outside with tools. I'm not sure if I'll get him a newer, more expensive one because this one is working great!.
