Customer service has contacted me since then to make things right. I'm now giving this ring 5 stars for quality and customer service because the seller genuinely cares about their customers' happiness, which is what makes them great. The ring was delivered in less than a week, and the black with silver bevel looks fantastic. br>This ring says it can be personalized, but it can't be done with this one. There is one that ships from China and can be personalized, but it is more expensive. There's also a necklace included, according to the description. I was already disappointed when I discovered that this ring was not as advertised only after I had placed my order, and then the ring arrived. I had attempted to cancel this order because I had already placed an order with another seller for a personalized ring. It hadn't shipped yet, but I couldn't cancel it. "Perhaps I'll keep it for the necklace to hold a ring," I reasoned as I was about to return it. There was no necklace included with it. A box and a piece of foam were included in the package. There is no information about the ring's material or anything else, and there is no paper or anything else inside the ring. I'm sorry I ordered it, and I'm not going to buy anything else from this seller. br>Before ordering the ring, I sent the seller a screenshot of the ring along with my personalization idea. They said it was fine as long as you ordered and gave them your order number. Great. I was pleased, so I placed an order and emailed the order number to them. They responded with a link to a more expensive ring that ships from China and can be personalized, as well as the disclaimer that while it says it can be personalized, it can't.
