Like a thinner nylon seat belt, there are no holes in this material, and it has rounded edges and is sealed. Despite its weight, the hardware is quite sturdy and I can guarantee it will last for years to come. The first thing to note is that depending on how you wear this, it may or may not work. My goal is to explain and describe the two methods. I refer to the Army Green/Khaki bundle as part of this review. Assuming my wrist is fairly average at 7", I have a 7" wrist. The following are the methods 1 and 2 As it is a 5 ring strap, it has five rings. It is proper to wear a 5 ring strap by looping it through both links and then back through the top link (see my pictures for assistance). In this way, it will be possible to remove all tension from the main band in case it gets snagged, which will mean all of the spring bars won't be under pressure. On the Internet, you will find a variety of articles that explain the benefits and purpose of this in great My primary reason for buying these straps is that they are supposed to be used for my phone on my wrists.
