Product Description

SWAP IN SECONDS: Change your watch every day to match your outfit, or mix and match with BARTON's silicone quick release bands to take it from the office to the gym. To use the quick release knob, simply slide it with your finger as shown in the diagram.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT WIDTH: Compatible with any 16mm spring bar watch (traditional or smart). Because the band's quick release spring bars are included and integrated into the band, it's critical that the lug width of your watch matches exactly. Where the band meets the watch casing is where you should take your measurement. You can also look up the specifications for most watches online. Once you've determined the proper width, click your heels three times and select the appropriate width.

GRAIN OF PREFERENCE The underside has been treated to be ultra-soft against the skin and to reduce slipping while providing optimal comfort.

IDEAL FIT: When not attached to a watch, the bracelet measures approximately 8" in total length; it is designed to fit wrists measuring 5 inches in circumference. 75" to 8", but the shape of the watch has an impact on the fit.

Questions & Answers

"Genuine leather" is embossed on the straps. This isn't top-grain leather, so it's not as good. Which of the two is it?

To begin with, "Top Grain" is a poor quality leather. So it's no surprise that people are having issues, especially since the product is made in China. "Made in the United States of America"

Are spring bars included in the package or do I need to purchase them separately?

They are included and are a part of the band, which is very easy to set up thanks to the quick release feature.

Is there a tool included in the package to remove the watch's stainless steel band?

The Barton package does not include a tool to remove the steel band. The Barton band, on the other hand, does not require any tools to install because it features a quick release mechanism that makes the process very simple. A tool for removing the pin from stainless steel bands is available separately on Amazon.

Is the band completely made of leather? Is the leather only on the underside and on the outside, with rubber or silicon in the middle?

It appears to be real leather on the outside, but on the inside, I'm not sure if there's silicon or leather. They've added a skin-friendly soft leather on the inside that hugs the wrist and is very light and comfortable. Only time will tell how well it stands up to the test of time.

As a frequent, returning customer, I had high expectations that were not met

I bought the same band in January, but it was a little worn out, so I decided to replace it. I noticed the leather was different, as was the color, from the same band I had purchased less than a year before; I figured it would match the original over time, but it didn't. So I contacted the company to ask if they changed the leather they use, and their response was dismissive: "just put leather conditioner on it and it'll be fine," which I did, but it didn't change the fact that the leather was a different color and tougher this time, and not because the leather became softer and the color faded over time. It was the best customer service I'd ever received from an Amazon company at the time. I had such high hopes for this band, and when it failed to live up to them, I contacted their customer service department, expecting another fantastic experience, which I did not receive. br>br>I deducted a star for the color difference and the leather feel, as well as two stars for the dismissive and condescending customer service. I'm not sure what happened, but it feels like I'm buying something from a completely different company than I was before; I'm hoping I just got a defective band and a customer service representative who was having a bad day, and that this isn't what you get when you buy something from them now that they're a larger company than they were the last time I did business with them.

Black leather with white stitching for the Barton

Hello, fans of sports. I bought the 20mm black leather band with white linen stitching from the Barton quick release leather band. First impressions are that it is a soft, supple leather that is immediately comfortable. Switching out your leather strap is a breeze thanks to the quick release feature. Having said that, I believe this band belongs on someone with a 7in wrist. wrist or a smaller size On my 7. 25 ~ 7. It barely fits in a 5in space. I use the third hole, and the leather strap does not extend beyond the leather hold-down. downs. I'm tempted to sever the leather hold-down strap. While I am not entirely dissatisfied with this leather band, I will say that I have had better luck with ColaReb's offerings. I'd recommend passing if you're a gentleman with a large wrist. If you have a thinner wrist, this Barton offering might be for you. I hope this information is useful, and I wish you a wonderful day.

I use my watch every day, and the band finally broke due to normal wear and tear. This second one I purchased only lasted four days! The leather was not as soft as the first band, and the stitching ripped. I'm looking for a replacement band because I can't return this one (I threw out the box because I thought I'd be good for another year)br>br>**Update** 1/24/2020 I was contacted by the vendor yesterday and was offered a refund or a replacement band; they are sending me a replacement band that should be of higher quality. I'll make a new update and adjust the rating accordingly. br>**Update** 2/05/2020: I received a new band a few days ago; only time will tell how well it holds up. I'm giving them a three-star rating because of their excellent customer service, and I'll definitely use them again. Please give it another chance.

Overall, this is a good-quality watch band that I think will last a long time; my previous band came with my watch (a Skagen) and lasted about 6 years before I decided it was time to replace it. I really appreciate the quickness with which you dealt with this, Barton. Both strap halves should be released, as they made installation a breeze, and the leather is both comfortable and thick. br>br>However, the espresso color is more of a grey than a dark brown, as the product photos suggested. I'll keep the band because I'm sure I'll grow to like it, but it was a bit of a shock when I first took it out of the box (and yes, the packaging is fantastic, as other reviewers have noted). The length is also an issue for me. I don't think my wrists are unusually thick, but a centimeter shorter and this strap would be almost comically short. br>br>In the end, it's definitely worth keeping, but when this band eventually wears out in a few years, I'll probably go somewhere else.

PROS: Great customer service, even though the watch band broke

CONS: The quick release tab on the pin protrudes from the band through a small leather piece. Unfortunately, after a little more than a month, this piece has broken. On the other side of the quick-release tab, the pin is now cutting into the band. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> After contacting the company, they have agreed to send me a new band, which will arrive in one day. Amazing customer service; the first band was disappointing, but their response was outstanding.
