This short has a 20 inch outseam and sits just at the knee. It comes in a Regular Fit with a 20 inch outseam. It has a mid-length that's just perfect--not too short, not too long.

The inseam of the pants is how long?

the outseam at 20 inches, and the inseam at 9 inches

They are machine washable, but do they need special care?

It seems fine to me when I machine wash them at cold (normal cycle) all the time

Does the waist of these jeans have an elastic band?

The shorts are elastomeric, but the whole thing has some stretch.

When washed, are these prone to breaking in? The fabric on these shorts doesn't seem as soft as some of my other hybrids. ?

I have 4 pairs of them, and they cost $70 each. These are the softest shorts I own, and they're comfortable to wear around the year in south Florida.

The hybrid shorts that I bought above were purchased at the same time as several other pairs of hybrid shorts to determine which type I prefer. These shorts had a fabric that felt incredibly crisp and it looked as if they would dry quickly compared to Water can be diluted with these, so they would be best suited for regular Well, well, well I'm exasperated. In fact, I really liked the color of these ones (light gray). The fabric is quick to dry, so it's a good choice. Nicely laid out in the front without bunching at all

I had no problems fitting as expected

As I've mentioned in past Quicksilver amphibian short reviews, these are by far the best shorts. They are the only ones I buy these days. The wicking fabric makes them great for hiking, and if you want to take a dip in the pool while hiking, they dry super fast. Excellent for casual wear, There is no end to their life. There is no wear and tear on them. Fits like a glove and I am pleased with them.

Authenticity should be taken with a grain of salt

There are two different colors in the order. Initially, they came in separate packages, and the first one was exactly what I expected (brand name) while the second one was a generic navy blue color. Despite the fact that it is a good quality product, it is not what was advertised. In the end, I kept them because they were shorts I needed for a weekend. However, beware and make sure the authenticity is authentic.

Although the fabric of these is extremely comfortable, they have a decent look, so they can be worn even if a beach/pool trip is not in the plans. I like how snug the waist is, but I also like how comfortable it is. Its length is just right, and the pockets at the front and back are standard. These shorts are simply great.

Take them out or take part in any activity that requires them

Shorts of this type are the only ones I purchase. Despite being stretchy, the fabric is soft and comfortable. Besides swimming, I can wear them hiking, climbing, pretty much any activity that involves moving around. There are a lot of sharp features on them. The Amphibian shorts are my favorite. I have seven pairs now, and I have ordered a few more that will arrive in a week or so with this virus and slow delivery.

They cost I bought a couple more pairs while I was there. Prices have now been lowered to $50 and $60 A 60-dollar bill. The test will be passed by me. For polyester, it's just not worth it!.

There is no better short than a Quicksilver short. I love the way the fit (true to size), the fabric is gorgeous, and the style is incredible. It also has a great variety of colors. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
