It was easy to determine my size by the sizing chart. My height is 6'1" and my weight is 250 pounds. In response to feedback and people telling me that the sizing chart worked for them, I have chosen it. Using a tape measure, I measured my chest under my arms at its widest point. It I'd say it was somewhere between a S and an XL based on the size chart. My friends put vests on me that they had bought from Dillard's, Penny's, Beall's, and There were no vests that fit over the XL size limit, or the vests that did fit over the Large size topped out at Large. Dillard's had only one XL vest, but it was just a bit too short and didn't cover my belt all the way. I wanted the vest to settle around my shoulders, but I also didn't want it to look like it was showing my guts. Last but not least, I tried on a vest from Big and Tall, the smallest size seems to be a Long and Tall, and it fit perfectly, but apparently a perfect fit I decided to scour the internet in search of this vest and came across it Based on reviews, I found the sizing chart to be accurate for me, as well as a vest of good quality that fits well at a great price point.
