I'd size up from my usual size. I ordered a medium and the shoulders were extremely tight.

What size should I get if I'm 5'9" and 213 pounds?

I'm not sure how to answer this, but I'll try. I'm 6'2 250 pounds and usually get a 3 x or 50 to make sure I have enough room. My recommendation is to get a size larger than your usual size because you can always get a size too big to take in, but a smaller one you might have to return and then retun for a larger size.

On a shoestring budget, it's time to go balling

The quality wasn't great, but it never ripped or tore, so it was a great bargain. I had mine tailored after receiving it, and it now has a designer appearance. Without a doubt, I'm on a budget.

There's a lot of detail here, as well as a lot of color

This jacket exceeded our expectations; we purchased it for my son to wear at our Christmas party. We ordered a Large for him because he is 5'9" and weighs around 150 pounds. There are also two pockets on the inside and two on the outside, but they are only decorative and not functional. The fabric was of excellent quality and detail, and the timing of its arrival was ideal.

The jacket is very nice

This jacket is absolutely stunning. It was, however, insufficient in size. It was a close fit across the buttocks. The sleeves were extremely long. If we order a size larger than the one we currently have. It would've been excessively large.
