Good quality shorts, except for the Elastine, which makes them less durable than the jeans they used to make, and they're way too big. My son wears a 29, and the tag on the jeans we received said 29. But. It's possible they were labeled incorrectly - They were 31" in length when measured with a tape measure. They returned home as a result. They have a pleasing appearance. He's worn this style before, so we're ordering a 28 to replace them (exchanging wasn't an option for some reason - Amazon was only willing to accept returns. refund). I'm hoping the 28 will fit, but if the labels are incorrect, the 28 will be too small. Perhaps we have a chance if they've changed how they size them.
My legs are dangling over the tops of my knees. They're made of a light, airy fabric. They're made of a dark blue Jean fabric. The front and back thigh areas are supposed to be "stone wash," but they're more of a grayish color, in my opinion! They have a good waist fit to them. The depth is excellent. There are pockets in the front and back. I like how deep the back pockets are because they keep my wallet hidden. So that's how I felt about the Levis shorts. IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT BODY TYPE, THEY MAY NOT FIT AS WELL. I'm just letting you know!.
This pair of denim shorts is really nice. The sizing, on the other hand, is incorrect. I'm a size 32, and the pair I ordered says 32, but they swallow me whole. A 34 would be more appropriate. I gave the pair to a friend and placed an order for a size 30 for myself. I'm hoping it works out. The size 30 is now a perfect fit.
For the price, I think it's money well spent, and I'll be ordering more! 5'7 160 athletic build.

It's great if the fabric has a little "give" to it. br>The fabric appears to be of good quality. It washes up beautifully. These are quickly becoming my all-time favorite comfort shoes. Favorite shorts of all time! Other buyers' "size concerns" are something I understand. If you're used to 501s, go down a size.
Yes, these shorts are quite large, as previous reviewers have stated. I usually wear a 34 and have enough room in the waist, but after reading the reviews, I ordered a 33 and have more room in the waist than my 34s. But it's not a big deal. Belts help because I was expecting them to be a little bigger than they were. Just keep that in mind, and order a size or two smaller than usual.
