Questions & Answers

Is there a pocket on the inside of this? If so, how many do you have and where are they? Is it possible to carry a wallet or even a tablet in them?

Yes. On the inside, about halfway up, there is a single wallet-sized pocket. Two large inside pockets, each large enough for a tablet, are also available, but they do not have closures.

Would the pockets be big enough for camera flashes, and would the d rings be strong enough to hold the weight of a DSLR camera?

Yes, I believe it would fit flashes in four of the front pockets and two of the interior pockets. It's extremely well-made. Supporting DSLR cameras on the neck for long periods of time would probably be uncomfortable, but I believe the rings would keep the camera in place. Two strong hook and loop fasteners are located at the front of the breast. I've been wearing my vest for two years in all kinds of demanding situations, stretching and pulling on every part of it, and nothing has ever failed.

Is it possible to tell how well this item breathes? I'm a professional photographer who may be required to wear this for extended periods of time while shooting. ?

It's not 100% cotton so it doesn t breathe as well as I would like.
I wear mine every day, all year round, but it does get uncomfortable Although the sleeveless design is beneficial, it does not provide adequate ventilation. constrained
It is so hard to find 100% cotton, so this might be the best choice.
I am a big guy. I needed a 3X, and this seemed like the best option. I believe that if I could fit into a 1X I'd have more options with lighter weight 100% cotton if I could fit into a 1X I'd have more options with a light
!
.

Is this a water-resistant vest?

That's not the case. There are no fully waterproof vests that I am aware of. There are spray-on products available on the market. on your vests, other clothing, and shoes that are water-resistant tenacious; That is, rainwater or snow will not be able to penetrate.

For photographers, the most durable and best value
5/5

I tried on another vest, which shall remain nameless, but had to return it due to a faulty zipper attachment. This one appears to be well-made and has ample storage. One zippered pocket in the back holds my graphite tripod, and two pockets on the insides of the front panels hold my 70-pound camera. Nikon lens with 200mm focal length I haven't filled the front pockets yet, but there are two extra batteries and memory card space, as well as GPS, compass, and other items. It also distributes weight more evenly than a back pack, and on our recent hikes in Death Valley, I actually wore a hydration pack underneath it. In a nutshell, it's everything I hoped for, and the quality has so far held up. I'll leave some breathing room in case my circumstances change. Follow- I've taken it on several trips, including a safari in South Africa, and it's held up admirably. I did add some Velcro extensions to the inner pockets to keep them closed when carrying a larger lens like the Nikon 80-200mm. In there, it's 200 mm. Overall, I believe that this is, without a doubt, the best vest for the money.

The vest is fantastic, and I wear it all the time! On Amazon, there were quite a few vests to choose from
5/5

I'm glad I made the decision to go with these. I'm sure there are some others that are just as nice, but this is a very useful photography vest! Holds multiple lenses - including the use of my telephoto lens - I usually stuff my phone and wallet into a zippered pocket as well because there are so many pockets! I'm not a fan of carrying a laptop or tablet in the outside lower back pocket, but on a shoot that lasted from day to night, I was able to fit a light jacket in there. Some people complain about the full fabric back versus the screen, but I haven't found it to be an issue in warmer weather - This is a well-thought-out design with very durable construction; I took off my shirt and just wore a wicking tee underneath it and it was fine. My purchase has exceeded my expectations!.
