It's made in Bangladesh, where the weather is pleasant and cold.
My pockets were stuffed with coffee.
Yes, we're in Needles, California, and we're on the Rivers Edge Golf Course. My husband has never owned a vest, but he does wear it when he goes golfing. He enjoys it because he can still play without restriction while remaining warm. We've had a few chilly mornings, so he's been wearing a long sleeve shirt and his vest, which washes well and has been washed many times.

I was not interested in being a vest bro. I had no intention of doing so. Nonconformity was no longer an option for me after something happened to me. Now I'm a faceless mass of white men in fleece vests in the fall and spring. My assailant isn't evil; it's just that my shirts have shrunk. I'm not sure if it's a current trend or an overabundance of it, but dryer is zealous, but it's in the middle of the pack. Drifting isn't appropriate for a father-child relationship. bod. Rather than tossing my shirts or cinching up my pants to a high-waisted position, I decided to try something new. I filled the void with a vest, and thus I became a vest bro. br>br>At the very least, this is a nice vest. It's comfortable, appears to be long-lasting, and is reasonably priced. I'd prefer one that doesn't have a company logo, but those are surprisingly hard to come by. It's something I'd recommend to anyone, regardless of their financial situation. a socially conscious father or an aspirant vest bro- bod owner trapped in a world where men's clothing is increasingly resembling that of women's clothing.
If you've read any of my reviews, you'll notice that this is only the second negative review I've written out of MANY. SIZING is my main complaint about this (and many other Columbia) vests. br>br>1) I am a 6-year-old boy. 4 and 230 pounds, with a medium torso, long legs, and no stomach. br>2) I initially bought a 2XL, which fit well in the chest and shoulders but was too big in the waist. It's similar to a Maternity top in appearance. br>3) Sent it back and ordered an XL, which fit fine but was too short. br>4) Sent it back and ordered an XL TALL, which was long enough but too tight to zip! br>5) I returned it and ordered a 2XL TALL, which was large enough for two men my size! br>6) I returned it, concluding that the COLUMBIA brand is not for me. br>7) I ordered three Eddie Bauer XXL fleece vests and they all fit perfectly. It has a "V" shape to it. Columbia is more in the shape of an "A"! PROS: br>br> Fabric is nice, the zipper is nice, and the jacket is warm.
CONS: The sizing is all over the place.
First and foremost, I am a huge fan of Columbia products. I believe their products are just as good, if not better, than the higher-priced brands that appear to be more fashion-oriented. Having said that, I've been harsh on Columbia in my reviews when necessary. I had a different vest from them that was unwearable due to its weight and discomfort, so I promptly returned it. Another was well-made, but the sizing was incorrect, and it was far, far too long. br>br>And now for this vest, which I adore! br>br>I was looking for something lighter to wear over flannels or other baselayers, and I had tried another brand that my wife had bought for me. It was okay, but I didn't like how it fit around my chest, and the pockets were a little strange. I know it sounds petty, but the angle made it difficult to put your hands in the pockets of that vest. As a result, I told my wife that I would order this Columbia vest and see how it turned out. br>br>It took me about a minute after the Columbia arrived to tell my wife that she could return the other vest she had bought. The Columbia simply felt more comfortable in the way it fit. It was also half the price of the previous one, which is always a plus. This vest's material is extremely soft, hence the title of my review, and while it is extremely comfortable, it also appears to be very durable. The warmth is what you'd expect from a light to midweight vest, and I've worn it outside on some rainy days and it seems to shed water well. On rainy days, you should layer it with a rain jacket, but I think this vest would hold up well in light rain for a while before soaking through. br>br>I'm going to order two more vests in different colors because I like it so much. Columbia has done a fantastic job!.
This vest, along with a black version, had to be produced in a low-quality factory. In comparison to a used heather gray Steen's Mountain Vest I purchased on eBay, the green one (which I like) has inferior material and construction. The main zipper on the green vest is also sewn in an "S" curve rather than a straight line. The black vest has a midnight blue tint to it, rather than being a true black. br>br>If you look at the green zipper on Amazon, it appears to be better than mine, but only by a small margin. It's a mountain road, as well. I can't guarantee that yours will look the same, but I'll be looking for an alternative to this vest because I waited too long and now have no option but to keep it. I'm thinking about getting the Columbia Powder Pass Vest in green, as I already own a black P. Vest is on its way. br>br>The Steen's Mountain Vest that I purchased on eBay is older and, in my opinion, of higher quality. I did notice that it has an embroidered Columbia logo (which is good), and that the green and black vests have a sewn-on logo. Steen's Mountain Vests with embroidered logos are the only ones I'd consider purchasing.
I enjoy hiking and prefer my pits to be able to breathe a little, so I own four of these vests. Dillard's sent me one, Columbia sent me two, and Amazon sent me the most recent one. In terms of fit, quality, and material, they're all the same. I'm 5'11" and 174 pounds, and the medium fits perfectly. They're quite warm for their size, and the zippers, while nylon, are of good quality, and I've had no problems with them.
I know the color choice was Grill, Black, but there was no black in the picture at all, so I'm disappointed. I expected a dark grey vest, not a two-toned one, and while the vest is well-made, it does not appeal to me.
This is a high-quality medium-weight vest that I purchased for work. I like how the color is two-toned; it adds a touch of sophistication. Thanks to the advice of other reviewers, I ordered this vest in a size smaller than usual, and it fits perfectly. The only issue is that the color of what I received is completely different from what I saw on the website. I chose the Tusk/Buffalo, which appears almost cream in color with a medium brown, and is very elegant in person. What I got was more taupe in color with a dark brown undertone. (As an example, see the image below. ) ) It's still nice, and I'll keep it, but it's not quite what I was expecting, which is why I only gave it four stars.
