Will a 5x large fit my 6'4", 432-pound frame?

I purchased the 6x Tall for someone who is approximately 6'2" tall and weighs around 415 pounds. It's one of his favorites, and it keeps him toasty. It's worth noting that the jacket itself is likely to weigh in at around 5 pounds. I'd suggest you try the 6X. The 5x is not an option.

Will the 6x large be long enough in the arms for me, as I'm 6'5" and weigh 410 pounds? In shirts, I go for a 37-inch sleeve length. ?

I'm 6'- 7" and about the same size. I'm not sure what size I purchased, but it was definitely large and long enough in the body and sleeves. Very nice jacket.

It appears to be fashionable; It's not the same as a work coat. He says he likes it because it's the right length. I'd venture to say it fit him like a 5x, so it might run a little small. Nonetheless, he likes it and, more importantly, it keeps him warm!.
