It fit him perfectly. He is 5'11" tall and has a 30" waist and I bought him a medium. In spite of the long sleeves, the pants were still roomy!
Wearing a size 9 or a size 14? Choose the size that fits you normally or a medium would be a good choice. Would you describe yourself as having a long
Thanks for your kind words, and good luck with the surgery and your journey. I also wish you all the best. If I were to recommend the size, I would go with an XL or 3XL, since it is a nice and soft shirt but seems to run extremely small for a men's shirt, which is somewhat surprising. You can always exchange the shirt if it is not a perfect fit for you. I'm 5' 3 and 117 pounds and I can't squeeze into the shirt. It was my fault that I washed it right away rather than trying it on first. If you need a different size, then check the fit first.

Selected User Reviews For Hanes Men's Long Sleeve Beefy Henley Shirt
The shirt is definitely a good buy. I mostly use it for going out with friends to have a good time as well as for wearing with my family. I think it's a pretty good product made out of a strong material, and I find wearing it pretty comfortable.
That's probably going to be the one I keep. As a result, the fit was "somewhat small," which is in keeping with what other users had said. I went ahead and ordered an extra large, although my usual size is I think you made the right decision, as the extra large seems to fit comfortably (before washing) I'll let you know if there are any significant shrinkage problems It is mentioned on the Hanes website that all are 100% cotton, except the Heather, which is 75%. So I bought the green body with heather sleeves and the tag said pretty much what it said on the website. Its body is made of 100% cotton, while its sleeves are 60% cotton, 40% polyester. In case anyone has a suggestion for a good thermal version of the Henley, I would appreciate some suggestions. But I do like the Henley and I will be ordering more of them. Addendum to above One consideration to keep in mind is that they are selling two completely different shirts. A two tone sports team top is a blend (the heather color) of both 100% cotton and blended clothing, and that shirt is cut in an altogether different way. This solid color shirt is made out of 100% cotton and has a seam across the top of the shoulders. The sleeve then Under the arms of the sports team look, there is a seam that cuts down from the neck at roughly a 45 degree angle, so the sleeve section meets the body section. While I don't mind, I like both shirts, but the two shirts are displayed here hang off your shoulders and are completely different in fit they should advertise them.
My husband used it as a top for his Linda Belcher costume, and it worked fine.
A second order was immediately placed when I saw how much I liked the first. In contrast to the first, the second did not meet Since my orders were made about a month apart, it is surprising to find that the quality can change so drastically. My first one was indeed thick and fit me very well. I found the second shirt to be much thinner and to fit much more snugly. Had I known the clothing was going to be smaller, I would have ordered a size up. I know this new shirt is from a different batch because the label is different. A new style like this would not be recommended to me. It's just plain bad. I wanted to leave a positive review but the new one is just to It was nice not to spend a lot of money on this. Seeing as I won't be wearing the new one, I guess I should give it away. If I were to donate in the future, I would rather do so directly to a charity.
This shirt is awesome The new item I'm obsessing over In the winter, I like long sleeves. I'm an athletic man He weighs 170 lbs. and stands 6'0" tall. I wear a medium shirt in this shirt (broader shoulders, slimmer waist). In terms of room through the chest and shoulders, this has plenty of room. However, the midsection is snug, adding a slimming appearance. Moreover, the length is ideal for tucking into pants. A little over halfway down the pants' zipper, it covers the whole leg. I would say that the cotton is heavy-weight This shirt is made of heavier weight cotton, and it feels great. The only thing I dislike is the contrasting fabric under the buttoned sections. When all three buttons are pressed on the black shirt, there is a gray material that is visible. I don't mind the navy blue shirt. It looks fine, but I would have preferred it if it was only Shirts like this are very rare these days. I recommend them highly.
There were a few people who said theirs was ripped, but my was in perfect condition. Although I am not sure if it will hold up after a thorough wash, I am sure it should be fine.
The Oxford Gray/Slate Heather in grey is exactly what I wanted. When I received the shirt it fit perfectly, even though my usual size in shirts or jackets is medium. I did wash it in cold wool on a low heat, but it shrank quite a bit, enough that I was This time I will use the Large size.
I use these shirts for work and play. Having a 42 inch chest, I purchased these in medium size and they fit just right. I did shrink the 100 percent cotton shirts after washing and drying them, but stretched them over my body again without any problem. In the event that you were hoping to achieve an even baggier aesthetic, this may not be an option. It shrinks less when it's blended with cotton and polyester. Dark truffle, ebony, burnt brick, and petro teal are the colors that came in 100 percent cotton. 75 percent cotton and 25 percent polyester were used in the construction of Pebblestone Heather and Navy Heather. Even though the shirts are not perfect, they are decent nonetheless.
