This is what I buy for my son, and he wears a 2X in t-shirts It is a perfect fit for shirts, and the 18 and a half is perfect for trousers. It is possible to give a little with the collars. Measuring your neck and consulting with your doctor would be my first step.
My son is 19, 6' 3" 280 pounds, and I ordered this shirt for him. He would never employ Tapered as his employee. It was a good fit for him and it felt comfortable when he started wearing it.

Now that I got the shirt, I can see that the "charcoal" is really a deep blue color, If you would like dark gray, like an actual charcoal, you can order one from Amazon. There is no such thing as that. Nevertheless, that isn't what is strange. There was something strange about my shirt, since it came in a unkempt package where the shirt was pressed and smashed in a wrap, and mine did not have a collar. The collar of this item appears to have been cut off as if it were a return. That's odd, I guess. It's also much too long in the body for a tall size. Neither the arms nor the chest are too big or too small. A little billows out from the body, as it goes on for too long, like a dress. let's discuss the color, the length, and the collar of the shirt. Usually, Amazon is problematic and it'd be cool to return it, but lately with Amazon, everything seems to be an issue and it's not worth it. So, I'll bring it to Goodwill and then put it aside for now.

A standard collar with a standard button sure seems like it would be to everyone's taste. My shirt's button does not slide, as does some of my other shirts. *-. It's thin for a dress shirt, and you can see each line of my white undershirt very clearly.
Pros Then continue reading Being tall and having a long torso, I got it for the tall. Since the tail is long, it will be easy for it to stay tucked in. I am debating whether to return it or to take it to work as an emergency shirt for when I spill coffee on myself and have It will certainly not be bought a second time.
For my daughter's wedding, I bought four of these for her groomsmen. There are many sizes of them, and some are significantly larger than others. This shirt proved to be very popular with my daughter since it not only came in the sizes I needed, but also came in the cream white (Canvas) she When the wedding is over, I'll post a photo. The only complaint I have is that some sizes have pockets and others do not. Even so, it shouldn't be visible when the vests are on.
If you have a light color shirt (note that you'd still need an undershirt with it), these shirts will work very well. I love the necklines on these shirts. There is never anything that makes me feel like I'm being choked (though I agree that they are not very Furthermore, I am 6'3 and they stay tucked in even though the "tall" version is taller.
High quality for the price. Being a big guy I usually keep my wardrobe pretty conservative, but I wanted to take a risk and go It was really easy to stand out in the sea of blue and white at work and I got a lot of complements. Since he is so tall and a lot bigger than me, shopping for my son is a little difficult. Even if it fits, there's no guarantee that the quality will be good, so I crossed my fingers when I ordered this shirt. It was so delightful to discover this! Not only was the shirt comfortable for him, but the quality and design of it are great. He was very happy about it, and he showed a sense of confidence that doesn't happen.
With a shirt that was long enough, he could comfortably sit down and move around comfortably without having to worry about buttons or anything else malfunctioning. I even asked him to send me the link for where I bought it so that he could buy more if he wants. It is the most comfortable shirt he ever owned. I highly recommend this purchase! Using my own measuring instrument, I had a neck measurement of The number five. Thank you for making the 22" available. It was expected that the chest measurement would be good. Since the shirt was going to be tucked in, it did not matter that it was a bit longer than expected. I would say that this purchase was a good one.
