Questions & Answers

The clutch is stuck to the chain and I can't remove it. The hose is stuck when I try to pull it out. I have tried rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. What am I doing wrong? Is that okay?

It's my second set of this product, and it was good the first time around. It was not so good with the second set. It was not possible for me to trust one of the clutches on my tie tack since it did not tighten well enough. As luck would have it, I had another clutch that was missing the chain, so it was just a matter of swapping it. Due to the circumstances, it would not have been worthwhile to return it.

The backs of some tie tacks on my husband's shirt weren't adhering to the tie tacks anymore. We bought them to replace a set that was no longer holding up. I am pleased with their performance.

I found the chain to be loose after using it a few times

It is common for me to lose the backs of Replacements such as these were inexpensive. It seems that the jump ring that connected the clutch to the chain opened and came off after a few You get what you pay for, I guess.
