What a letdown of a release. This straight-forward straight-forward straight-forward straight-forward straight-forward straight-forward straightforward straight The lightweight stretch cotton five-pocket pant was slim and professional in appearance. They were comfortable enough for me to wear to work on a regular basis. The twill version, on the other hand, resembles a pair of jeans and wrinkles easily. The cut is also looser, so if you prefer a slimmer look, this is the one for you. Prepare to be disappointed if you buy a pant that does not fit properly. You'd be better off purchasing products from other manufacturers that are similar but of higher quality.
Let me begin by saying that I agree with the movement away from 100% cotton clothing for men. Nowadays, they're difficult to come by. I accept these 98/2 cotton blends with a little stretch because I can't go without pants all the time. Some pants are superior to others in this category. This pair of pants is fantastic. The color, Brushed Almond, was the first thing that caught my eye. It goes well with any color polo in a business casual setting because it's a richer, deeper khaki shade. Then I put them on, and they were incredibly comfortable. There is no roughness to it, and it does not appear to be scratchy. For me, the slight stretch is ideal. And the fit was perfect; I'm 6'2" and weigh 200 pounds, so I went with the 36x30. The pant legs have a break in the middle and sit comfortably on my laces. I would buy the other colors if I needed more pants right now.
After one wash on cold, the color faded badly, and it wasn't exactly wrinkle-free. They were comfortable to wear, but the color changed dramatically after the first wash. It didn't just fade; there were splotches of discoloration all over the place. No bleach was used, and the clothes were washed in like colors on cold. Splotches of faded color can be seen in the photos.
They must be returned. They don't even come close to being his size! They weren't at all comfortable, according to him. They DEFINITELY didn't have any stretch to them what-so-ever. ever! Very dissatisfied! If you do decide to buy them, I'd suggest going up a size or two. 4 sizes. For comparison, my husband's size is 36/32. They didn't even come close to fitting, as I previously stated. (At the hips).
The fabric is soft and flexes well. I've owned four pairs of Wrangler Straight Fit jeans, each in a different color. They're extremely comfortable, have a good stretch, and are extremely long-lasting. My oldest pair has been in my possession for over a year, and I've washed them at least 50 times. I recently purchased a second pair in the same color (light brown), and I can't tell the difference between the two. That's the intensity of the color. br>br>These pants are not baggy or tight for someone with a normal build (I'm 6'0" and 185 pounds). exactly what I was looking for My only caution is that they have a high proclivity for wrinkles. In this case, I recommend removing them from the dryer while they're still warm and flattening them out quickly. Option B is to go old school and do it yourself: utilizing an iron:.
The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex, with just a little bit of 'give' for a comfortable fit. The fabric is stiff, similar to new jeans from the past. Because they're mostly cotton, I'm sure they'll soften up with use. Overall, I'm very pleased with them.
These pants are fantastic. I've ordered a few pairs, one in each color, and I'll most likely order more. I find them to be far more comfortable than jeans, and I believe they also look better. They have a surprising amount of comfort in the crotch area for such a slim cut. (I'm sure some of you are aware of what I'm referring to!) ) A couple of observations: These paints can be worn to a nicer restaurant or while working in the yard. To begin with, they are somewhat lengthy. I have a 31" inseam and am 6' tall. So I usually get a 32 because a 30 is too short for me, and one of the most recent pairs I bought was a 32, and they were extremely long. So the next pair I bought was a 30, and they're great; however, after a few washes, they start to fade a little. It wasn't enough to ruin them, but it was enough to make them stand out. Simply put, they appear to be more at ease. You can't go wrong for twenty bucks for a pair.
They seem to attract lint. I like how it fits. I recently purchased a pair of blue shoes. This is just a heads up. If you're considering purchasing black, give it some thought. Lint sticks to them like a magnet, and getting it off is nearly impossible. I've tried everything: brushes, static guard, lint rollers, laundry additives, you name it, and I still can't get the lint out of the fabric, which looks awful in bright light. They have a good fit and a good cut, and I like them, but not in black. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: In a load of dark pants, I used about a half cup of borax laundry booster. On the black Wranglers, it appears to have significantly reduced the lint problem.
