My pants are 32x34 (dungaree fit), Nicaraguan-made, and they are perfect! I bought two more pairs from Amazon after purchasing them at a local Ace store.
There is one hammer loop and a total of eight utility pockets.
I didn't have any second chances, and I still don't have any.
They don't taper and are fairly wide at the bottom. They're paired with Red Wing 877s and Thorogood 804-style boots for me. Boots with the model number 4518s. They'd fit over a Justin cowboy boot, though they'd be a little wide.

To determine which size to purchase, I used Carhartt's size and fit guide on their website. I ordered the same size as I normally wear in another brand because their size and fit guide recommended it, and when they arrived, I tried them on but couldn't even pull them up all the way - They were squeezing each other to death. So I gave them back to you. If you order these pants, go one size up from your usual size.
I'm short and chubby, so there's that. Why aren't pants available with a 28" inseam? These pants have a velour-like feel to them. There are numerous pockets, and the material is light rather than heavy, as is the case with blue jeans. There isn't much seat room, and at first I assumed they'd be low-riders, but they're comfortable enough, if not quite as deep as blue jeans. They sit closer to the hips and are more comfortable. br>br>The shortest inseam for my waist size was 30", and because I'm only 5'7", I had to roll them up. I'm not going to have them tailored because they'll be used in the garage and yard. Aside from the length, these are excellent work pants for the summer.
The only reason I didn't give these pants five stars is because the knees on four pairs I've worn for daily workwear in the last year have blown out. I suppose that comfort comes at the expense of durability, but if you use these pants for carpentry and "work" and wash them once or twice a week, you'll need to patch the knees to keep them lasting longer than 6 months.
I am 6'- 1" and 195 lbs. My normal pant size is 36x32. I decided to order 38x32 after reading the reviews. When I tried them on, the waist fit perfectly (thank you, reviewers), but the leg was far too long. In addition, the leg was too big. These are more like a pair of loose-fitting jeans than a pair of relaxed jeans. It reminded me a little of MC Hammer while I was trying these on. It's far too legitimate to give up. In addition, the pants were not a dark black, but rather appeared to be faded. I'm not sure if they'd work in a semi-private setting. a more formal workplace In any case, I'm returning them. Returns are, thankfully, complimentary.
I'm 65 years old and I'm aware of my waist circumference. I have two pairs in size 34x36 that I've had for a few years and they fit perfectly. I have reordered these pants on two separate occasions. The first time, about a year ago, neither the waist nor the length were close to being the same. This time, however, I ordered two 34x36, and they were extremely consistent. The length was correct, but the waist measurement was 31 1/2-inches instead of 34-inches. 32". I can't believe it's been so long since something happened. As a result, I'm returning them (at no cost) and placing an order for 36x36. Who am I to argue if the supplier and Amazon are willing to pay shipping both ways, multiple times?.
Because most people order the size they know fits, I'm giving it a 4/5. However, as others have mentioned, you should order a size up; I wear a 38/32 every day of the week. I ordered a 40/32 but found that they were slightly too small; a 40 fit, but it fit me like a pair of 36 might (I wear a 38 because I like it slightly loose). I was aware that I should order a size larger, but I had to return the 40/32 and am now receiving a 42/30. Yes, because the length was longer than 32, I went to a 30 length. It felt like I was in my mid-thirties. They could make these a little longer because a lot of guys wear them with work boots, but I'm not one of them. As a result, a man who usually wears a size 38/32 must order a size 42/30. That appears to be a good match. Aside from that, it was a very comfortable pair of pants, and I'm very particular about what I wear. My opinion is that the pockets could be deeper. If a man is wearing Carhartts, he'll need a deep pocket to store his wallet.
I have several different styles of Carhartt pants, all of which require sizing up one size from what you would normally wear in other brands. At the very least, they're always wrong. br>br>One thing that isn't consistent is the cell phone pocket size. I bought five Carhartt Men's Relaxed-Fit Carhartt Men's Relaxed-Fit Carhartt Men's Relaxed-Fit Carhartt Men's Relaxed-Fit Carhart Only three of the five cell phone pockets on the Fit Washed Twill Dungaree Pants will fit my Motorola phone, which is protected by an Otter Box cover. The other two pairs of pants would rip the seams if they were worn with the phone. br>br>These pants have a great look to them, are comfortable, and appear to last a long time. I would have given these five stars if all of the cell phone pockets had fit my phone.
Material that is both soft and durable. There's nothing more you can ask for. I really like them; I only wish they had cargo pockets, but they're still the best work pants I've ever owned. I compared them to Wranglers, and as you can see in the photo, Wranglers of the same size are one inch shorter (Wranglers are of poor quality, and sizing isn't accurate) As a result, I strongly advise you to purchase Carhartt. Also, the pockets are very nice.
