Margaritaville Men's Anchor Lace Boat Shoe

A pair of shoes from "Simple" that have way too many miles on them has been on my wishlist for quite an extended time. I was unable to locate a replacement. We tried other brands, but they were lacking the feel I was looking for. A light, comfortable shoe with a nice look, just what I was looking for. It's easy to wear throughout the day without any issues. They need to be replaced soon, so I'm sure to buy them again when that time comes.

Update By using shoe trees and Lexol leather conditioner to soften leather to stretch, shoes were able to be stretched a bit. Attempts were made to stretch them further at home as slippers, but they did not feel Goodwill is most likely the destination.
Update in progress tan shoes were no longer an option However, the leather on these does not stretch and is unable to fit It's hard for me to believe they're made from From LLBean, a company that knows how to make an American wide fit shoe, I bought a pair of hand-sewn mocs in Wide width. As a result of a coupon, the mocs cost me about as much as I was able to wear the mocs out of the box without any discomfort.

It was easy for me to determine what I would be getting because I tried the shoes on at a local shoe store before ordering online. Shoes are one of the things I would never buy online without seeing them in person or trying them on beforehand. It didn't surprise me at all that it would fit or look the way it did. As a result, I ordered through Amazon because the shoes were $9 cheaper than the sale price at the shoe store and free shipping was available. This is a no-brainer. As it stands, they are nice, fit well and I find them comfortable. There's just something about deck shoes that appeals to me. I keep my feet from getting dirty by running around barefoot around the house, which I love anyway. There seems to be a lot of quality in these. Until I learned they were made in China, I didn't know they were made there. I bought my last pair of deck shoes at DSW about a year ago, and they started falling apart. Sperry shoes are made in the USA from high-quality leather. It is a well known brand, but the quality has dropped significantly. I like how they feel and look Those products look like they would last much longer and are significantly cheaper than what they used to be.

In my opinion, the shoe is acceptable, but I expected that the quality would be better for the price. If I had seen them before ordering, I would not have purchased. They have poor quality leather, and I find that to be the primary reason for my disapproval. When I was a child, I wore tennis shoes all the time, but they were uncomfortable, heavy, and too hot for my feet in Summer.
