There's no doubt about the small. However, I might consider the XS as well. The medium was returned after I bought it. You listed my physical size as being the same as mine.
In order to have a real fit, you will need a 2xl. I'm 6'1 235 and I purchased a size 2xl. A big xl would be the right size if you like fitted clothing. Since I'm also a weight lifter, you should consider me as well.
Despite its medium weight, the coat is very warm. There seems to be a lot of weight, but it isn't.

I am a 6'0" 160 lbs and ordered a L, which fits well. Please keep in mind, however, that I am of a slim build so when buying the shirt, keep that in mind. For those of you with a larger build in the middle (gut), another jacket might be better suited to your needs. As far as the sweater back is concerned, it is a button-on type, but it can also be removed. I have no issues with the jacket as long as you don't mind the pocket and zipper on the left. Just follow the chart and measure yourself to pick the right size and you will.
There was a very low review following and the price seemed too good to be true.
