To give you an idea of my height and weight, I was 325 pounds I lost some weight since I took the 4X. My weight is down to 290 and I find the jacket You should get a 2X if that's what you want. It is always possible to exchange it if it is too big for you. I love that jacket. It's great. There is no reason to regret it.

I sized up to the XL but it was One homeless man who was smaller than me by a few inches and pounds was given it, and it worked perfectly for him. If you're buying it you're probably not setting off to fly a fighter plane, but rather to stay warm on your feet and while walking! AVOID!
