While I haven't been able to measure the rating, I have worn this jacket on cold winter days as well as in spring. There are medium thicknesses in this product.

It fit a little large, but that is to be expected with a winter coat. I loved the warmth and it provided just what I was searching for.

Would have liked it to be a dark sky blue like in the pic, but it's The first thing to note is As much as I would love to have this in the dark sky blue color shown, it does not come in that The color of the shirt is navy blue, a little darker than the picture. A great middle of the year The jacket has a nice faux leather trim and is of a medium weight. The weather will be mild into a cool winter since the temperatures are warmer than expected.
