In terms of my size, I have a waist of 36 inches and find that I fall between a size M and a size I have a medium and a large. I tried both sizes and it was a bit tough to choose. A few of the pieces in certain colours have arrived in XXL instead of what I ordered in L or XL from china. Most likely not worth the hassle of exchanging. I find them to be very comfortable.
