The size I wear is an XL and I weigh 192 pounds. No matter how tight or loose it is, it is comfortable.
You may order your regular size in order to achieve the same fit as the picture. If order your regular size, you will get the same fit as shown in the picture. As I said, I was a bit surprised that it's so trim and close fitting, but in the end In my experience, other brands in my size are looser than those sold by this website. If I had looked at the picture, I could have gotten a better idea of how closely it would fit if I ordered my regular size.

It's a great sweatshirt, a nice shape, and it zips up.
