I really like them, and they're very comfortable. Because I'm terrible at estimating sizes, I ordered some 8mm as well, for a more snug fit that will be more comfortable to sleep in. I'm guessing I've got small ears. They are, however, a favorite of mine. They're gleaming, and after some trial and error, the hinge clip works well. ) There hasn't been any discoloration or anything like that yet. When the 8mm arrives, I'll post an update. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: The 8mm was the perfect fit, just snug enough that I wouldn't be tempted to fiddle with them. not overly constrained The 12s are still my favorite, but this is exactly what I was looking for. On the smaller ones, the hinges are even more solid. I was able to put these on even faster. (Earrings shown are 8mm silver on pretty small ears. ).
Surgical grade surgical steel or expensive real gold jewelry are usually the only options for me. Otherwise, my ears will develop small blisters wherever the metal has come into contact with them, particularly on the back of my ear, and they will itch like crazy. I really wanted small hoop earrings but didn't want to pay more than $100 for a pair, so I decided to try these instead. And they were successful! I've had them on for a few days and haven't taken them off (sleeping in the shower) and have received no reaction. They're a little tricky to close after you open them up (you have to pull the thin part outwards as if stretching out the earring, then press in on that same part), but it didn't take long to figure out and they're simple but stylish!.
The 10mm hoops were purchased by me. I'd never done anything like this before. I had to try about 50 times before the first one worked! When I had it in my hands, I could get it to click, but once I put it in my ear, it was a no-go, lol! I moved on to earring number two after a small celebratory dance. On the first try, I was successful! Small victories should be celebrated with a glass of wine.
I have multiple earring piercings in both ears and have worn a single hoop in one of them for many years. I needed to replace the hoop, so I went on the hunt for a thin gauge but sturdy loop. Because I always wear a mask with COVID, I've given up wearing regular dangling earrings because they get caught or pulled off too easily, so I got hoops for all of my piercings. I didn't want anything too big, so I chose rings in sizes 8 and 10. br>br>I alternate between wearing the 10mm rings in my regular ear piercing spot and the 8mm rings that are higher up on my ear. They were simple to insert, close with a click, don't catch on anything, and are black. They are fantastic! There is no irritation, it is simple to clean, and it is almost invisible. They're a fantastic deal.
Anything containing nickel makes me extremely sensitive. Either gold or silver earrings are necessary purchases for me. When I first got them two days ago, I put them in. I've put them on before going to sleep. They haven't irritated or itched me in any way. I would recommend these to anyone who is allergic to nickel or plated metals (I am also unable to wear them). This is a fantastic purchase!.
It's a bit difficult to get started. After opening a hole that hadn't been used in years, I needed a pair of surgical steel earrings that I could wear while sleeping. These are well-made, and given their diminutive size, they're surprisingly well-crafted. My only criticism is that they can be difficult to close by yourself, which can be inconvenient if you need to put them on and off frequently. I purchased the pink gold pair, which appear to be genuine gold. They've got a nice look to them. Adults with a large earlobe and a piercing that is not at the earlobe's edge should purchase the largest size, as even these are quite small. The 10mm size might be appropriate for the top of the ear, a child, or even a nose ring. Overall, this is a fantastic deal.
This is my first time using clickers to help with my cartilage, and you were all correct- Putting these things on is a PAIN. It's nearly impossible to get the tiny pin to click into the jewelry, and you might as well give up before they close. However, the 20 minutes of struggle were well worth it. They are the ideal size for my ears and are extremely comfortable to wear. I don't think I'll ever need to take them out, and they've been great for everyday wear.
These are high-quality metals that didn't irritate my new(ish) holes in the least. I was also able to quickly and easily install them - Just remember to practice ahead of time, to be gentle, and to take it slowly:.
