I purchased the 8mm earrings in a variety pack and posted a photo of myself wearing each color. br>br>Skip this paragraph if nickel isn't important to you: I'm not criticizing the product because of this; it's my fault, but these DO CONTAIN nickel. While the nickel release rate (very different from HAVING nickel) is extremely low in 316L surgical steel, it still causes constant contact with nickel. Even if you don't have a reaction right away, these could cause you problems later. Nickel allergies can worsen over time if you're exposed to it frequently, so it's best to avoid it altogether. I had a reaction, which was the only reason I looked into the metal in the first place. Earrings made of 316L are allowed to be labeled as hypoallergenic, but this is extremely deceptive. br>br>These are good earrings for those who don't have to be concerned about nickel. They're light and stay firmly closed, making them comfortable to wear 24 hours a day. Out of the eight hinges, one was defective, but I'm confident that if I had contacted the company for a replacement, they would have taken care of it.

I have eight piercings in one ear and have spent a long time looking for affordable, cute, and comfortable huggie earrings. It's a breeze to put these on. They're easy to take off, the perfect size to fit close to your earlobe, and the best part is that they won't tarnish, discolor, or turn your ear green! I've had these on for over a month and never remove them. I've left them in while sleeping and showering, and they still look and feel brand new! These are highly recommended! EDIT: br>br> I've had them for almost a year and they're still just as great as the day I got them. I've never taken them off, and they've survived nearly a year of showers, beach trips, sleeping, and other activities and still look brand new. These are fantastic!.

These stud earrings are fantastic. I was an earring wearer in high school, but I haven't worn them since. I wanted to try wearing earrings again for fun, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I'd only wear once in a while if at all, and I was afraid that cheaper earrings would irritate my ears- I used to get infections if I didn't wear gold jewelry. br>br>I really like these earrings. They're the perfect size, close quickly and securely, and, most importantly, they're comfortable in my ears. I honestly forget I'm wearing them, and the holes haven't caused any irritation or redness.

Update after six months: The earrings are still in excellent condition, with no signs of tarnish. Highly recommendedbr>br>I have a few piercings that are picky and require earrings to stay open, but I also don't sleep well with regular post back earrings, so these hoops are ideal. They're nickel-free for sure. I wear mine all the time and it never tarnishes or discolors, so it's free of other cheap metals. In fact, they appear to be of excellent quality from afar, and my earrings have received numerous compliments.

Three pairs were purchased. I was hesitant to buy them because my ears are extremely sensitive, but I've had them on for about two weeks and they're still holding up well. There is no green in this picture. There is no delicacy. br>I will most certainly purchase more.

I received the earrings today and found them to be very easy to open and close. They are now on my person. I received the 14-year-old. I thought they'd be big enough to fit around the earlobe if they were mm in diameter. I could have easily gone with 12, maybe 10 for sleeping comfort, as I needed these to sleep in while a second piercing healed after being reopened recently. Because they're surgical steel, I shouldn't have any issues with skin reactions. The size of an earring on someone can be better judged by looking at a picture. I'm thinking about ordering a second pair in 12-inch heels. Use these 14 in the bottom third pierce and mm in the second pierce. If you're unsure about your size, I recommend using a ruler to draw millimeter size lines on a piece of paper |_____| and comparing them to any earrings you already own. br> *** Update today: Last night I slept in these and they were so comfortable that I didn't even notice I was wearing them. There was no rash, no allergic reaction, and no complications. I'm going to get another pair in a smaller size and a different color. These are something I would strongly recommend. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** mm earring size: These are tiny, but they fit perfectly. I almost thought I should have received a ten. mm due to the thickness of my earlobes, but these 8- I'll get 10 or 12 mm if that's all I need. Wear the 8 mm in the top third, the 10 or 12 in the second, and the 14 mm in the bottom for a total of three matching pairs. When I get a new pair of hoops, I'll most likely update this review with new photos of all three pairs so that people can compare sizes. These are identical to the others: br>br> They're easy to open, no more difficult to put in from the back side than any other earring, and they close with a solid click, indicating that they're latched. The hoop design lets air get to the piercing and helps it heal, and it stays cleaner without a solid back fastener pushed up against the skin like a post earring. It's easy to clean with a salt water cotton ball, and it's easy to clean with a salt water cotton ball. br>br>I'm very pleased with these and would strongly recommend them to sleepers or anyone who requires surgical steel to avoid metal allergies.

I asked for a replacement online and received the correct pair within 24 hours. They're well-made and well-fitting. At first, they're a little difficult to close; you have to make sure they're lined up, but it gets easier. 16mm is a good size for me, and it's not too big. Instead of returning them, I decided to keep the first pair.
