Thorogood Men's 8" Moc Toe 1957 Series, MAXwear Wedge Waterproof Safety Toe

I purchased the ones I bought through Amazon which were stiffer and of lower quality leather. The seams were unraveled as well. My guess is that they are a wonderfully done reproduction but that they aren't the real thing! Everyone knows the process of breaking in a new pair of boots is a hassle, well when you finally get comfortable in your new boots and then they are so-so, then it will be a real pain. Perhaps you are in the same situation as I am, which is very livid. I can return them for a full refund, but now I have to break in a new.

The boots look amazing in the first place. The materials used in their manufacture are of the highest quality. So far, I have worn them only in my house. They have a comfortable feel. From the first glance, I would say that these boots are some of my favorites. Normally I wear Red Wings, but I have tried many other brands like Timberland, Ariat, Danner, etc. It's like nothing else you've ever felt when you put just initial thought into it. As I look closer, it is hard to believe these boots were made in union-nation. When they are, they are reject boots that have not met the standard of quality. I suspect that the machine or person who cuts the outline of the sole after it's been attached to the shoe was under the influence of alcohol that day, or that it was a 5 year old boy who was under the influence There are some places where the cuts are too deep and others where they are too In some areas, the stitching around the bottom of the sole is out of place by eighteenths of an inch. A little stitch might seem insignificant, but it will make a huge difference when it comes to tiki stitching. The mistakes wouldn't bother me so much if the boot had been half the price or even $50 cheaper. Although this was such a great price, it was like I should be able to wear these to work and the job would be done for me type of price. I would really like to know if they are made in the United States. A foot wear that has an American flag on it does not necessarily mean that it is actually made in America. I wouldn't buy the shoes. They seem to be out of stock. There is no way they can be quality throughgoods approved by the union.

In the thorogood 8" moc toe boots with the comp toe, I have worn them for over four I consider these boots to be the best. I had a bad experience with these waterproof boots. As for the fit, I ordered the exact same size as my previous boots, a 12EE. This is an excessively long and skinny piece of clothing. A water-proofing system is more like an insulation system. Hot feet were a serious problem for me. The rest of the day is unpleasant, with cramped toes, burning sensations in the feet, and all day discomfort. It was found that the sole of the shoe had separated slightly after unboxing. In other words, quality control was terrible.
I'm also working at the moment as a powerlineman in Puerto Rico. As a result, there is no return from me. I've wasted a lot of time and money in this.
