Questions & Answers

When and where were they ?

Those boots were made in the Dominican Republic, according to the tag on the soles.

This toe looks like it's made of steel, is it not?

There are two boots in fact. I ordered one steel toe boot, and a non steel toe boot arrived which I will return. It seems that this boot is not available with a steel toe in the chocolate color, but I was able to obtain it with a steel toe in brown it looks like it is available with a steel toe

Are you able to remove that piece in front that looks like a flower?

Kilts do not have straps or buttons, but only laced laces are used to attach the front piece. They are the best boots you've ever seen. There is only one kind I purchase.

The pair of shoes I ordered had a steel toe, but the ones I received did not. How can I find out the number of the steel toe?

The steel toe in this shoe is Gb00235, which has an ankle lock feature that prevents you from twisting your ankle if you step on a log. Composition of the toe (non-composit

I love those boots
5/5

Holy moly those are some badazz boots. I have this type of boot in three different colors, and have been very pleased with them. As a street worker, this means that I am constantly exposed to moisture such as standing in tall water in manholes for hours on end, trudging through mud, sand, or snow to climb telephone poles in the winter, all of which are constantly affected by moisture. But what aren't you going to tell me? I like to walk on my feet, co-workers They complain of leaky theners, redwings, Carolinas et cetera, but these Georgias far surpass all of them. It is only because I wear the tread off the bottom and they become slick that I buy a new pair every year. It's for the same reason I used one for ice, but I am 100 percent right every single time I used them on ice they were slick. * I bought these boots for 144 dollars after my experience with them for a number of It would not even occur to me to think twice about paying twice that much.

The product fits perfectly and does what it's supposed to do
5/5

A friend of mine works at a mill requiring steel toe and over the ankle boots. The following is a statement that exactly matches Boots made by Georgia with steel toes and waterproof coating. Those on the left are the ones we bought in town and outgrew, those on the right are those received today in the mail. It would be the first pair I buy when he needs another pair in a few months. boys, but that does wear down a shoe regardless of what we do seven days a week.

This is not a top-tier work boot
3/5

It should only be used for light duties. There's no way I'd wear this boot on construction site. I bought it as my second work boot. Despite working 10+ hours a day in them, the shoes are extremely comfortable and don't hurt my feet. I own a pair of Red Wings #4416 that I really like. While these boots were a whole lot less expensive, I wanted to see whether they were as good as the Georgia boot. It was a big I can't even compare them in terms of build quality and most importantly they don't appear to be as powerful My expectation was to see if they were worth the cost. These Georgia boots, as I mentioned, are a lot cheaper than my Red Wing boots (half the price). So, you get what you pay for, yet I was paying half the price for this test to see whether they would work. These are not the same. The first time I stand on my feet for four hours, the pain begins. In addition to the inner sole, I added a more comfortable outer It still did not make a As a consequence, I experience pain in my feet after a couple hours on an excavation site each day.
In short, aside from easy around the house work, these do not hold up to the demands of being on an excavation site. I have asked myself, "What is it about them that makes them feel uncomfortable?"?""? This is because the sole compound of their shoes is so heavy and hard. This makes each step a harder one. A softer compound is used for the soles of Red Wing shoes (but they are nonetheless In addition, the plastic welt is also not a big fan, I expect it will break down and crack within a few months. In no case do I work for any boot company or receive any payment for supporting That's all I have to say.

Boots that are decent
5/5

Five stars (UPDATED). A few pros The warm weather makes them feel comfortable. So far, it has been around 20 degrees below zero with my feet not yet freezing off. There's no such thing as a free lunch According to their description, they are waterproof. The snow kept my feet dry as I walked through it for a couple of hours. There's no such thing as a free lunch I like the way they look, they're In addition to looking good at a small town bar, it suits the town as well. This is a placeholder page for Timothy F. Jones, Jr. These boots can be used for a variety of purposes and are a good value. The cons are The number 11 is what I ordered. Although they went the right way, they look like regular width and fit as they should. It's a bit tight, but I think all they need is a couple of weeks to break it in. This is a placeholder page for Timothy F. Jones, Jr. As such, the tread and material of this shoe makes it very slippery when walking on ice. Walking on surfaces that are snow packed is iffy, which means I have to be extra careful when walking in places that I usually have no trouble in. Unlike these boots, I have boots with a similar look that don't slide at all. This is a placeholder page for Timothy F. Jones, Jr. When I received them, they were brand new - I made sure of that It felt as if there were old indentations on the insole from old footwear. Like when you put on a pair of old shoes and can feel where the shape of their feet has pressed the fabric? That was almost how it felt and still sort of feels like that. I'll give it time and I expect it to A MEDIA UPDATES They are so comfortable I am falling in love with them after breaking them in. I find that they are not as slick on ice as they were when I Probably walking on gravel and other things wore the smooth finish off the soles where I was having issues. I did slip once and busted my elbows up pretty good but I put a hello kitty bandaid on it and kept going. They were purchased initially as a stow-away hiking and bushcrafting boot, but they look so good and feel so good to wear that I have a hard time not wearing them about doing my normal daily activities. People often stop me and ask where I bought them, as they are drawn to the "lumberjack" appeal of the shiny brown leather. What are the odds of a man looking at another man's shoes often? As for the shoes, they work great for me and I will definitely purchase another pair in the future.

BOOTS ARE REASONABLY PRICED AND ARE GREAT FOR POLE CLIMBING
4/5

I found GREAT POLE CLIMBING BOOTS AT A GOOD PRICE. TOE IS MADE FROM STEEL AND SHANK IS MADE FROM STEEL. A WIDE SHOE SIZE IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. usually wear a size 12 EE, and these fit me nearly right in comparison to my 8EE BATES Zipper boots. I recommend getting the Powerstep Original Full Length Orthotic Shoe Insoles if you have flatfeet or a low arch, as my feet felt much better with both compared to the included insoles. This should help someone since the soles of the shoes included are very thin and lack any support.

The quality of the leather is good
5/5

Boots with a lot of weight. The quality of the leather is good. Upon one week of use, the joint broke. Before the break in, I wasn't uncomfortable. After that, I felt comfortable. We ordered the wide size as we wanted a roomy toe box. We wouldn't recommend ordering the standard size. The logger heel does not create an uncomfortably large arch angle like the red-soled shoe does Wood loggers on wings. The green superfeet feel great on the foot. It is more difficult to fit into a 10 than it is to wear a 8 or 9. Was a bit smug at first since I bought a 10. Ten of them were bought by me. There are 5 EEs in each of They are a perfect fit.
