A little bit too big - This does not work in any way

I was not able to use this Usually, I can never seem to get my jewelry through from the inside because it is too big for the stud so it just falls off. It was too big for my threaded nose ring so I had to take it apart first. At least the stud would need to be held snugly so that it could be pulled My other hand has even tried pulling the taper through while holding on to the stud with one finger. However, it is not working. There is a possibility it might work on some other body part, but not the nose, for sure.

An 18 gauge brass nose labret (NeoMetal) sits on my right ear. Just in case, I wanted to have a taper on hand in case I needed to change my piercing and couldn't make it to a piercing shop. I got this one from my piercer who recommended it. There is a lot of hold on the labret (back part) (maybe a little too much). I accidentally bent the pointy end and had to order a new one because I wasn't careful with it. Be careful with it. The taper of the blade is also quite narrow. You might tape the pen to something so that you're less likely to lose.

This is meant to aid in the insertion of a threadless labret type push pin nose stud in 18g titanium. So when I tried to put it through my nose for the first time (before putting it through), the bar end fell off the pin side, but it fit perfectly on the opposite side and I was able to get my stud through my nose without any problems. The stud I bought just a short time ago and I'm not sure if the sizing on that was off or if the pin was defective. While comparing my new stud with other already-known 18g and 20g jewelry I own, I found it to be pretty accurate as far as its 18g, so I suspect this pin may be a little off, though I may just be mistaken.
