In each case I have a lot of these and they are all true to size except for the 5. There was a problem with the width. As soon as I moved from an 11 to an 11, I was glad. As they were long and tight, they remained a tight fit. There were ten of them that I attended. The 5's have come out wide and I am happy with that
You would be better off with lace up shoes if you have prescription inserts since you will be able to adjust them more easily. According to my dad, he did not need to use an extra insert with the Go Walk If you would like, you may also go to a shoe store and try on more than one pair of Skechers with your insert to see which one you prefer.

My go-to shoes happen to be GO Walk 4s, which I've worn daily for about a year now (FWIW, I spend about 4 hours each day on them Walking back and forth in a warehouse moving inventory around for six hours a day). It's weird for a pair of shoes to do this. The size 13M I wear is perfect for me. The item I purchased was that. I wear the left one with or without socks, and it fits well! In particular, the right one often slides off, tripping me over and causing me to fall a couple of times. I still slip a little in socks, but I don't fall out of them or slip out of them.
