Questions & Answers

What is the difference between version 2 and version 3?

There is a more resemblance to the original 928 in the V3. It is clear that the V2 will not succeed.

I can tell by the design of the sole that these shoes will not be good for slippery surfaces or in wet conditions. Has anyone ever slipped and fallen?

Two weeks was the only time I had the show. During my ride on the bus I encountered what I would consider a slippery surface because of the rain. It did not seem to slip at all. I am very pleased with the appearance, fit, and performance of the shoes. We did not notice any slips!

If this shoe has leather uppers, what kind is it?

Greetings, the leather uppers on the Leather 928v3 shoes are Leather Besides the white 928v3s with a synthetic/mesh upper, other versions contain the same material.

What is the difference between version 2 and version 3?

There's a big difference between V3 and V2 in that the toe box is bigger in the latter. Took the V1 design back to the drawing board. V3 came highly recommended by me, and it's the reason I bought it. I was able to find the size I wanted via Amazon, as well This is the width of T2. It was the V2 design that I wore.

AVOID SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I think it is fair to say that since the launch of the V2 the 928 has gone downhill
3/5

It was my podiatrist who is a New Balance authorized dealer who sold me my first pair of 928's, a black pair of V1. It lasted me over 3 years (2 of which the left side was used daily with a custom ankle brace/orthotic) and as you can see, I still wear them sometimes I have attached photos of how severely worn out they are, and they just got sole wear this past week. Despite this, upper and lower parts are still attached to each other. In my second pair of 928's, I bought brown V2's from my podiatrist. They lasted for approximately 4 months, when the right sole broke off and completely blew out! In my mind, I chalked this up to a freak accident caused by water damage and assumed I was to blame. My first repair effort did not work for more than a couple of weeks, so I decided to buy yet another pair of 928s and a pair of rubber boots for rainy The photos that I have attached document the carnage,
and my third pair of 928s were brown V3s that I bought from Amazon in September of 2017. Even after only 3 months, the shoes suffered the same fate as the V2's! If you wear these shoes in good weather and abuse them minimally, you are going to suffer the same fate! Yet another repair job was attempted using a stronger glue, and the repairs lasted for a month before tearing right through! These are also attached in the form of pictures. I was in love with my V1's but it seems New Balance has dropped the ball on this once amazing line. I advise you to spend your money on a different brand if you need additional support or motion I wouldn't waste my money on these since the construction is poor!.

Those of us who weigh over 380 pounds would benefit from this shoe
5/5

When I weighed more than 380 pounds, these shoes were the ones I wore for walking. As I walked a mile and then two miles and then almost four miles, I felt more and more exhausted. Walking three miles a day has now become my daily routine. It is safe to say that these shoes are strong and stable enough for tough jobs like that. With 230 pounds, I am now in good shape. I noticed that the insoles wear out faster than the shoes, and they are wearing out a little faster than they used to. As changing the insoles of my shoes is cheaper and easier than buying new shoes, I can now go almost a year without having to buy a new pair. I have worn Brooks and others, but they are worn out quickly and give way. These shoes are the only stable shoes I have ever worn. All my shoes wore out and cratered on the right hand side of the right foot when I used to roll out over my right Although these eventually wear out, they don't wear out nearly as quickly as other shoes I've worn. Another downside is that someone has the tongues cut a 1/4 inch too short to make his bonus, as well as that several different shoes bear the 928 mark. All the shoes have leather uppers with a mesh tongue, and some are primarily mesh uppers. All leather is the only way to go if you need support. Even without the mesh tongue, there is quite a bit of difference in the strength of the shoe.

The 928v3 version
4/5

In my opinion, 928s are superb running shoes and I was in need of a replacement pair recently. Since the reviews for the 928v2 were terrible, I decided to skip it. Nevertheless, I made the decision to go with the 928v3 because the reviews for it were good - I couldn't find the original 928 anywhere. In most respects, these are 95 % similar to our original 928s. The two are not exactly the same, however. There can sometimes be an issue with the tongue being too short. When it is not long enough to fit the shoe, you will have to tug it. As for comfort, I don't think it's as good as the original Gen 1 pair As a result, the tallness of the structure seems to have decreased. When I walk long distances, I get a bit of a squeeze at the top of my foot. In a nutshell, the differences between Gen 1 and Gen 2 are not vast, and people coming to the 928 will probably be happy, but I can't really give it 5 stars like I did with Gen 1. Additionally, none of these issues will matter if you are only wearing them when you go grocery shopping. The spectacles are worn during 45+ minute power walks six days a week, so every little idiosyncrasy has added significance.

Shoes that are of high quality Graphs are part of the six month version (see 6 month edition)
5/5

I found this shoe to fit like my old (discontinued) 840s, and I feel much the same as I did with those shoes. Generally, I think these shoes are good because they feel good on my feet and overall appear to be durable. The felt liners on the inserts started peeling after 2 weeks because one of the felt liners was too thin. In the end, it is not what you want or expect from a shoe this expensive. If the insert had not broken apart, it would be a 5 star, but as it is I will have to purchase a new pair of inserts, so I deducted Update

Now that it has been 6 months Despite its age, the shoe (apart from the liner) is in great shape after 6 months. The number of pairs of shoes I wear out each year is becoming more common. My opinion of this shoe has gone up a few notches after wearing them this long (I have a pair of NB769s I bought about the same time that I am nearly worn out in the heel section of). Considering the amount of wear and tear on the vehicle, I would expect I'm adding back the star I removed earlier since this place has worn exceptionally well.

The tongue is too short and the laces dig into my ankles
3/5

It's a fantastic pair of shoes, the latest in the line of ones I've had for a long time. The tongue on this version is too short, much shorter than the previous ones. During my day, the top lace -- the heellock one -- digs into my ankle after 50 steps, and I do not want to wear it again. The name of the shoe implies that I have to lace that one or my heel slips. (I would return them, but it has )

I feel very disappointed, my gosh Over a decade ago, I started to shoe.

There was a redesign of the 928 mens white sneaker, but it wasn't for the best
3/5

Years ago I bought my first pair of NB 928 sneakers. The version that I submitted to Amazon has been revised. The orthodic insert I use for my left foot is an orthodic. In my new sneakers, it was hard to slip into and didn't fit well. It was impossible for me to get my foot into the shoe completely. In addition to redesigned features, the tongue fitting at the bottom of the toe of the foot has been greatly tightened. In the end, my toes got past that part, but the rest of my foot didn't go in. There is a significant decrease in strength at the back of the shoe as a result of the whole shoe redesign. The ventilation perforations were also eliminated in many places. This is not a shoe I would recommend. It will be my responsibility to take care of my 2 pairs of white ones.
