This is a great cleat, I love the forward placement of the heel cleat, it provides better traction when landing when This cleat does have decent padding, but bear in mind that it is still a metal cleat and will therefore be harsher on the feet than a rubber or TPU cleat. *This is the same type of wide-soled New Balance shoe you are familiar with. The soles of all of New Balance's shoes are the same. Their wide widths are the same as their regular widths except for the toe box which is broader. Describe what your feet would look like if you did not have wide feet but vertically stacked feet, if you're confused. The sole remains the same. However, New Balance has added extra material in the toe box. So, for me, even though I get new balance shoes that are wide, my pinky toe always overhangs. I have tried all new balance models hoping that "this time" would be better. There is nothing special about this cleat. Nevertheless, I would still give this cleat high marks because of its outstanding cleat pattern and decent cushioning (again, these are metal cleats, so you will still feel the shock).
