The size 10 & 11 is worn by my husband He ordered a size 10 but they were too small. He needed to go another whole size up to fit comfortably. Each foot is different, so with that being said, he had to go another whole size up.
The answer is yes, in my opinion. A pair that I was sent ran small (at least on the one I tried on).

Shoe size 5 is not available. There were mixed reviews of these, with some saying they fit as expected and others saying they were a little tight. As a result, I decided that my feet were a size 7. I ordered a size 7 and it fit perfectly! These sandals are very comfortable due to their padded straps, and their bottoms are flat and smooth. The quality of these is excellent, they are built nicely, and they should last quite a few summers. The top of my bear feet still have about a half inch of room left, and the back of my bear feet have about a quarter inch of room. In addition to regular socks, the sandals work with thick socks as well. Highly recommend!
This is a great product. The price is reasonable, and I consider them a good buy. It will last you a while. However, I recommend basing your size off of your past history with Nike shoes. I have found that Nike shoes are a little smaller than some other brands. Please take note that women should order item 1 if they are female. It usually fits me to wear a shoe size 5 to 2 inches smaller than what I usually wear. INormally I decided to size up after trying on Nike size 8s at first, but found they were a bit snug.
