In my size 12, I wear an S. Size 13 is usually more comfortable for me, and size 5 for most people. Size 13 fitted me like a size 14 or 15. I thought I had bought a size 15 or 14. Besides being super wide, they were also very tall. There may be a misunderstanding about the size of the packaging. It was definitely better to get a size down, but I felt that they were much more than a half size too big after trying them on.

This is a totally synthetic and cheap material that develops a RANCID odor if you wear it on bare feet or if it is I tried washing, but I couldn't get rid of the scent no matter how much I did. As soon as you place your feet in them, they will engulf you in a vile smell making them unsuitable for wear in public or at home. A 15 foot radius was all you needed to smell it. There is no better way to describe it. No matter what I do, I still smell the same after washing it in boiling water, soap, detergent, citric cleaner -- you name it, I've tried it all. I would advise people NOT to purchase these cheap sandals.
The size description on the website made me SUPER CONFUSED as to which size to order based on previous reviews. The size 8 sandals my husband wears are his.
