They are track shoes with cleats, but the cleats screw into the shoes and can be removed, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor use. I think it would be ok to use them on a treadmill without the cleats.

There is a real size difference with this shoe

In this case, my son wears a size 6 since he usually wears a size 5 1/2. The suit was too small for him and he would have had no chance of fitting Our size 7 ended up having to be returned and so we purchased I am still waiting for the next size to come in so that I can figure out if it You should buy the larger size you think you will.

The grade my son is in is I asked Nike to get a 1/2 size larger, and they suggested getting a 5. There was a size difference between his order and his actual size. Our size 10 has not yet arrived, so we're waiting for it.

A totally different experience than I had The shoes per se are fine, but it appears to me that the color is orange with a dark red I would like to mention Orange seems to be the dominant color in the photo
