There is no chance of that happening. My non-slide foot toe usually wears out at an alarming rate because I am an avid bowler. This product seems to be an effective solution to increasing the life of my shoes (toe drag). As well as the SST 5,6, 7 and 8, it is listed as compatible in the product description. It is not possible for me to remove the right foot sole (non slide foot) on my SST 6. As a result of wearing the item on my shoe, I went from an average height on that foot to an average height with the item (not a big deal), but what really started to aggravate me was the inability to keep the item The belt would fall out of place if you walked around. In the process of throwing a couple shots while wearing it, I realised there was no way this My guess is that most SST 8 users will have more luck in this situation, since the soles are removable and this item will probably fit in place better and So, short story, if every shoe has a toe drag sole, the toe drag sole does not have to be removable. This is despite the product description indicating that it would fit.
The strap across the top of the foot of my boot has worked without a hitch for several years, so when it broke, I ordered a brand new boot and kept the old one as a spare in my bag. I broke the strap on the new sole after I used it a third time! As a result, there is now a shoe lace winding back and forth across the top of my shoe to secure the sole. It was such a disappointment to spend almost $30 for a new sole only to wind up right back where I started with the old one. However, it would be wise to ungrade the toe strap since it appears to be really well constructed.
It occurred to me that the soles of my slide shoes were worn out. Among the shoe sizes listed for the Dexter SST shoes, this was the one that fit my shoe. Due to the over the toe harness, I was a little hesitant at first, but I bought it since there was no other replacement sole. The new sole was easy to install, and I can't tell any difference between it and the old sole - thanks for the great service! The only one that works is this one, because it is not worn.
It's not perfect, but there is nothing to complain about. As well as Hammer Force and Brunswick TPU X shoes, I wanted to let other bowlers know this sole can be fitted to those shoes. I do not drag my toes, but I had worn away the edge of the sole on my approach shoe after a season and a half of bowling, and the rubber at the edge of the sole near my big toe had begun to separate This item fits It is not a perfect fit, but it is very acceptable for a shoe that is not designed to fit this specific model. Attached are some pictures so you can see how the gaps appear. Here is the picture of the left edge of the shoe, which shows the gap, which is about 3/8 of an inch wide. It is possible to open up the strap to position the shoe in the sole for optimal fit in the area where you drag or push off for the best fit, and that will change the location of the gap. Although it has the same veclro, it adheres very well without the straps. However, I think the straps are for the toe draggers who like to drag their feet. The cloth doesn't fully cover the velcro sole in the shoe, so I am going to cut out an area of the old sole to fill in the remainder of the velcro area. This will keep carpet fibers and other contamination from getting near the hook in the velcro. As you can see from the last picture, the original sole is laid over top so you can see how the size compares. Having used the sole for 4 weeks, I can't tell a difference between the original and the new one. After trimming the old sole to fill in the gap left near the base of the exposed velcro sole, I reattached it.
They do seem to be the product of an afterthought, even though I find them very pleasing Here is what you can do. In this item, the sole of the foot is kept from falling apart due to dragging. (Boutique bowlers tend to drag their trailing foot rather than lift it -) We could build this feature into future models so that this item would no longer be necessary.
It is said that a competitor is in the area. As advertised, the sole works very well, if not too well, as it's a bit too wide and I've tripped over it a couple In addition, it has a pretty high price tag considering what it does. The price of a competitor is $15-$20 There is a $20 decrease. The hat is really well made and I'm sure it will last for many years to come. There would have been a lot less cost if it were less expensive.
It has a strap on top that I like. Bowling is one sport that requires the toe piece to be fixed to the shoe.
