The size you should get should be a whole size smaller than what you would normally wear. When I bought one of these from a thrift store, it was a medium but fitted like a large, so I ordered a small and it fits great.

I highly recommend staying away from this product. It's all bullshit when it comes to quality. Also, the size of the pyramid is enormous. A REFUND IS IN ORDER I WANT MY MONEY.
