It's actually quite thick and warm, and it's a fantastic hoodie in general! I'm very pleased!
They run true to size; I ordered an xl for my husband, who usually wears an xl, and it fit perfectly; therefore, I would recommend ordering the size you normally wear. Unless you want it to be a more substantial fit.
I'd choose XL TALL without a doubt. I'm 6'3" tall, and the standard length is too short for me.
It wasn't red or orange; I bought it for my son-in-law for Christmas, and all that mattered to me was that he liked it.

They are fantastic. I've ordered one in each color to replace the other styles I have, which makes me laugh that I have so many. Thank you, Amazon and Carhartt. I'm 5'11" and weigh 165 pounds, so the large fits me perfectly in terms of arm and waist length.
It's very relaxing. But, because of the extra length, I was looking for a tall fit. Although it appears to be of good quality, it is unacceptable to label something as tall if it is not.
Carhartt makes some of the most durable and comfortable sweatshirts on the market, and they also come in tall sizes. In addition, they cost half as much as other tall sweatshirts and last twice as long.
This hoodie was purchased because female hoodies are too short, especially when 4 wheeling or trail riding. This sweatshirt was warm and long enough that I didn't have to adjust it all the time.
Hoodie that is light in weight. My husband basically only wears Carhartt gear, and because he is so tall, it's difficult to find Tall options in stores, and Carhartt's website prices are higher than Amazon's. At least once a week, he puts on his hoodie.
The quality of Carhartt hoodies was always excellent. This is one I'm not sure about. I now own five of their hoodies. This is the worst of the bunch; it's not as well-made and runs small. It simply appears to be low-cost. This is not a good value for money.
This was a Christmas present that was well-received. The fabric, weight, and size were all of Carhart's high quality, and I was very pleased with it, as was the recipient.
I ordered one for her mother because it was so well received. The combination of the sweatshirt's color and the logo's color is fantastic!.
