Medium is my size, and the length is ideal for me. 3136 is the size of my Levi's jean.
I'm not sure I'd put them on as Yoga pants! Over the top, I wear a pair of shorts. They are, in my opinion, meant to be worn as a layering piece rather than on their own.
I think they're perfect, and I wear them under my work clothes every day for warmth and stability in the cold.

I bought these to wear under my shorts for work in the cold, but the mesh keeps me way too warm. Although the ventilation is mentioned in the description, the photos do not adequately depict it.
These leggings have been serving as long underwear for me. br>During moderate activities, I haven't had any problems with them yet. br>I've cleaned and dried them. They don't appear to be getting any smaller. br>The inner sections of the legs are made of a ventilated material that allows air to flow through. They're a little cooler than some of the lightweight wicking long underwear I've used in the past because of the airflow. br>They're a little tight, but stretch enough to be non-binding. constrictive.
This is a good pair of compression pants that I use for winter running. I'm 6'3" and 190 pounds, and these are nearly perfect for me. They're a tad on the small side, but that's not a big deal because they're compression material.
I don't mind because I have short legs, so I suppose it's just something I have to deal with. br>br>As a piece of clothing, it's much nicer to have than pajamas in that it keeps you warm or allows you to walk outside. Because they are sheer, you will need to wear shorts over them. In general, however, it is simple to recommend.
These are a nice pair of stretchy pants for a reasonable price. When I run, I put them on underneath my shorts. They are a little snug around the crotch, but this was not a major issue. The only drawback is that after several washes, the label on the waistband peeled off.
As a compression layer, it works well. I ordered a medium because I'm 5'8 and 160 pounds, but I should have ordered a large! br>I'm not sure why these came up when I searched for men's "thermals," as they're quite thin. In extremely cold climates, I wouldn't rely on these to keep me warm.
I like the way they fit, feel, and look on me because I'm a lady.
Down around the knees and below, those appear to be nothing. The fabric is nice and stretchy, and it's very comfortable. The addition of ventilation is also a nice touch. I'm 5'7" and the medium is a little long for me, but I just fold the ankles up.
