In my case, I use the pouch to protect a magnifying glass with a handle, and it does a great job. Since I cannot use the drawstring, I need not use it. I am therefore satisfied with the outcome. The drawstring on the pouch makes it difficult to cinch it completely closed. part of the reason is the large size of the pouch (21 cm x 15 cm) and the fact that leather does not bunch up as neatly in folds as As the leather is used more often, it may become suppler.

I'm so amazed by how well they're made! I want to buy more of the 22 cm size! My next order was for the largest size, 22 cm by 15 cm, as soon as they were delivered. My heart aches to see them not listed at all. It must have been the last one I bought. It would be great if the seller saw this and made Purchasing many more and giving them away as gifts is really important to me. I was looking for thick, real leather, and these were exactly that.
