The bolo was great, and the customer service was even better

I give it a +++. It has a few flaws, though I really like the design. I left the boots attached to my truck with hot glue, so they fell off when I left them hung. As a result of my mistake, I received a code for a free replacement and didn't have to return the other. The boots will be removed by means of a heat gun, then epoxy will be applied to reattach The bolo was great, but the customer service was even better.

bought this item as a Valentine's gift for my friend. He loved it, and I am sure I will be buying one for myself in the future. I will definitely purchase another style for my friend for another occasion because the rope is thick and strong, the hat and boots are made of metal, and I will definitely buy another style for my friend.
