It is a great set of Because I spend so much time on my computer, I thought it might be the cause of the headaches. Since I bought these glasses, I no longer suffer from headaches. Despite the low price, the only complaint I have is that when not in use, I push them up on my head and they are loose, so they fall off if I bend over or look down or up.
