Having to deal with cold weather is common to us. Aside from my full-time job, I have a part-time job Apart from my full-time job, I also own a small hobby farm where I spend around an hour a day outside. Without joking or exaggeration, I can tell you when it was 34 degrees (Fahrenheit) today, it couldn't have been warmer. The temperature was perfect for me outside while I was wearing a shirt. I bought this neck warmer specifically for It was around negative 30 degrees in the wind chill the week before I bought it. I was riding a ski lift, when I saw snow makers off to the side of the hill, creating shards of ice that flew across the hillside and into my face. Even though that hurt, I was able to cope. The ski lodge was my first stop. First I put on my neck warmer. Next I put on my ski pants, then my ski boots, then my jacket, and finally I fiddled with getting my goggles on my helmet, and headed out I was surprised at how hot that thing was. My fear was that I would experience spontaneous combustion. This was a lesson for me. I put this on the second night as the last thing I put on before I headed out. Even though it was 10 degrees outside (Fahrenheit), I was extremely warm all night long. When I was skiing last night, the temperature was in the lower 30s. As a result of skiing for four hours in that temperature, this was a little damp. Those who get cold outdoors should definitely try it if they suffer from this problem. In a very cold wind, it kept my neck warm, and it was so easy to put it on over my face and neck when riding the chair lift up to the top of the mountain at 10 degrees outside. I kept my chin hot and my cheeks and top lip.

It doesn't give you a bulky neck feeling on this one.
It feels light and warm. The fabric has a supple, velvety feel that's not overdone and leaves you thinking it's still sports-like. I would have to say it's somewhat tactical, though with a velvety feel. -Sorry, I missed it. That's my take on it- It makes sense to you. I hope you like it!) Under 10 bucks!.

Three of these have now been purchased, one for my daughter, one for my husband, and one for myself. My husband's was the first one and it worked so well that my daughter and I said we wanted theirs too. It has been a very positive experience for us all. You can use them just like you would a full scarf and they are easier to handle than Two of the shipments were delivered well ahead of their expected arrival date, so that was a pleasant.

There are no instructions for how to wash/dry this item. Quite capable of doing the job. You can really keep your neck and face warm with this one. The garment did not come with instructions on how to wash it or dry it so I wasn't sure how to take care of it. I was hesitant to put the clothes in the dryer, but if I didn't, it would take days for them.
