Since that face mask is very stretchy and is thinner than your paintball mask, if your paintball mask isn't too bulky, you could definitely put it over that.
A filter is not included with this and there is no place for one to be installed.

I love the way it looks and fits. I have not yet tried it against the Michigan winter, but I am eager to try it. A pretty good amount of heat is retained by it. Having kids around makes me laugh a lot. . . . and my pup was freaked out as well. The last thing he expected was to see me looking.
