Yes! When I'm working on a construction project, I'll use it. In the winter, it keeps you warm, and in the summer, it keeps you cool.
It's a Chinese product. If you're concerned about quality, I can't speak highly enough of the " Free Soldier " brand; everything I've received has been of excellent quality. This is one of them.
I washed it in cold water by hand and hung it to dry.
I wore one during paintball and it helped protect my neck by wicking away sweat.

It is suitable for both men and women. It's extremely relaxing. It's very fashionable. To dress it up a little, pair it with a simple sweater. br>br>Both of mine, in green and tan/orange, are favorites of mine. br>br>Most of the one-star reviews appear to be unfounded or illogical. br>br>I machine washed mine on a delicate cycle by accident, and they're still holding up fine; however, if you buy them, please hand wash them. br>br>I hope this information is useful. br>br>Many people have complimented them and inquired as to where they can be purchased.
This will be perfect for my pirate/ninja costume. The material was better than I expected and could be worn as a scarf while maintaining its shape - It was thick enough to be pulled over my mouth like a ninja and stay around my shoulders and neck, but thin enough that I didn't get too hot wearing it. There are no issues.
Everything is fantastic! After two years, I had to replace it. I made sure to get the Free Soldier brand because I tried a few others and they weren't as nice. I live in Michigan and work outdoors, so I used it as a scarf six days a week during the cold weather, which lasts a long time here. br>As for washing, I toss it in with the rest of the laundry and hang it to dry. Update. br>br> I had a blue Free Soldier for about two years and still use it today, and I can't say enough good things about it. br>It was necessary to have a second so that I could wash one and not go without. I was specifically looking for another from Free Soldier, which I had ordered in grey. It arrived yesterday, and when I opened the attractive packaging, I immediately recognized that it was unique. The design was loose against the fabric, which frays easily and has begun after a few wears, and it had the great " Made in China " label that wasn't present on the other. I'm extremely disappointed! Expect the one to last a few months before becoming unusable. I could have bought three of the same quality for half the price. Sad !.
Camping, sleeping outside, and hiking through the cold woods are some of my favorite things to do. This is a game changer. On a cold night when we're camping, I'll have to loosen this garment because I'm TOO warm. This could be put to a lot of different uses. A must-have item.
Shipping was very quick. The Shemagh has a solid feel and is made of soft cotton, as described. It's a little stiff right out of the box, and it has a factory feel to it. I washed it in the sink with cold water and a drop of dish soap; a small amount of color leached out, but it was barely noticeable when dry. It's not as dense as I'd hoped, and it's not as OG as the ones I've seen in the country. It's good enough for four stars, but I'm still looking for something bigger, heavier, and denser. For the money, this is an excellent purchase.
I use this as a head wrap or a scarf depending on the situation when deer hunting on cold days. It appears to be well constructed and should last a long time with normal use. I'd happily recommend it to a friend at any time!br>br>I bought this because I'd previously purchased from Free Soldier. After unpacking, I noticed a lot of loose threads that I tried to tie off, but they were too numerous. The cloth has a loose weave and is about the same weight as rice paper. I prefer to wash new clothes right away after buying them, but even gentle hand washing won't save this scarf. If you're looking for a shemagh, try Exploe Land, Rothco, or Blackhawk. I didn't read the instructions very carefully, but I see people saying that you should hand wash and hang dry these before even using them in multiple reviews. Many people claim that dye can be seen in the water after it has been washed. I did it with these (I ordered all black and a tan/black) and there was no color left in the water. Some of the weaving, however, appears to be a little loose in places and has gotten caught on my watch or backpack straps. I caught it quickly, but I could see how pulling it too hard would loosen it far too much, effectively defacing one section of the cloth. Other than that, they appear to be solid, and they're great for keeping wind and sand out of my face (I live near the ocean, and sand blows everywhere). I also have pale skin, so keeping my neck covered is beneficial. It also helps that there are a variety of ways to wear it in terms of style. Plus, if you ever find yourself in a survival situation, these items will come in handy for a variety of other things!.
