A gift like this is hard to find. My mind was elsewhere when I checked manufacturer. It is okay to wash such items according to the directions, but I usually wash them by hand.

The scarf I am wearing has been mys since January. I have not been able to find the instructions for washing because I cut off the tag, but I have washed it three times with Woolite and cold water so I don't know what they were. The clothes came out great after I washed them in the washing machine, and then I dried them in the dryer with some other things. I really like the way it feels and how soft it is. I don't think the color is as vivid as in We really like the "white" of this (light gray), even though the colour is more muted. It does tend to pill up just a bit, but that hasn't been an issue for me. This scarf is the best purchase we ever made.
